We started our vacation off great by arriving at Germfask safely. However, the same night, we decided to get ice cream, and the truck was making a weird noise. We were fearing the worst, wheel bearing. Recommendations from a local store pointed us to Fox River Automotive. I have nothing but kind words to say of Gramps. I've yet to learn his name. Google said he was open. However, we learned differently. Despite being closed, Grandpa took our truck for a ride and advised us of our problems. He even received a phone call from his family telling him breakfast was ready. It's very scary to be 6 hours from home and no way to get around . We are blessed and thankful that Grandpa took the time out of his schedule to diagnose the issue, let us fix it on his property, and a promise to come back after he visits his family from Pennsylvania.
